Role Summary:We need a Chinese-speaking leader with solid experience in Australian luxury hotel management.
You will oversee hotel operations, serve high-end clients (especially Chinese VIPs), and manage the property with an owners business mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily hotel operations and ensure top-tier guest service.Host and build relationships with high-value clients, especially Chinese guests.Manage budgets, financial performance, and maximize profitability.Guide sales, marketing, and revenue strategies targeting luxury and Chinese markets.Mentor staff and maintain a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
Chinese national, deeply familiar with Chinese culture and client expectations.Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Australian PR or citizenship.10+ years in luxury hotels, including 5+ years as Deputy GM / Operations Director / GM in a 5-star hotel in Australia.Understanding of hotel asset management and ownership goals is a plus.
