The Opportunity:Paper Crane is Crystalbrook Riley's signature Asian fusion restaurant, bringing together bold flavours from across Asia with fresh tropical North Queensland produce.
Set along the Cairns Esplanade, the venue moves from lively breakfast service to vibrant waterfront dinners, with a strong focus on quality, atmosphere and memorable guest experiences.We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the leadership team, with a particular focus on floor leadership and guest experience.Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Paper Crane leadership teamm, you will lead from the floor, support the smooth running of each service and build capability across the tea.
This is a hands-on role where you will set the pace, coach and guide others, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the warm, vibrant and polished experience Paper Crane is known for.This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis,
