Care Manager or similar senior clinical leaderStrong residential aged care experienceSound knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirementsStrong clinical governance and documentation knowledgeExperience supporting quality improvement and clinical complianceConfident leadership and communication skillsThe ability to quickly assess priorities and work collaboratively with an established teamAvailability to commence immediately or at short noticeFlexibility to travel and remain away from home for the assignmentValid Police Check and NDIS Check Why Consider This Assignment?
