The work involves the extraction of landslide debris, the installation of micro-piles, and the construction of retaining walls to stabilise the slopes.Primary ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Project Director, you will have the autonomy to lead your team and influence project outcomes by utilising your solid commercial, project management, and technical engineering skills.Attend to the scope of work assigned with defined work methods and deliver the work in accordance with total project schedule; delivery of scope of works in accordance with total project scheduleMaintain and update the contract program,



including productivity unit and ensuring the timely notification of EOT's or delaysMonitor and review the project task financial outcomes including project monthly forecasting and short-term cost controlsProvide daily advice and support to field operations to ensure that daily targets are consistent with overall project targetsUnderstand the obligations and rights under the head contract to identify, control, mitigate and report significant risks and opportunitiesDevelop and retain people to produce high quality project outcomesEnsure project HSEQ objectives are set, shared and adhered to create an exemplary safety cultureAbout youDegree qualified Civil Engineer with 10 + years post qualification experience.Previous experience with landslip remediation works highly desirable although not essential.Delivery of infrastructure projects, with exposure to Bulk Earthworks, Drainage and Culverts in a road or rail construction environment.Procurement and management of external suppliers; and Management of infrastructure.Passion for teamwork and delivering on tight deadlinesExcellent time management and prioritisationUnderstanding of HSEQ management systems, compliance, and reporting proceduresWhat we're offering DI/DO 5 and 2 RosterAccommodation, Project Allowance and LAFHAFully maintained vehicleAt CMC, we're about building careers.
