Whether you see yourself progressing in hotel sales, events or another area of hospitality, this is a great place to start building your career.Job DescriptionWe're looking for an energetic, organised and people-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into hotel sales or build on their existing hospitality, events or administration experience.
You don't need to know everything from day one.
We're looking for someone who is keen to learn,



gets things done and enjoys working with people.What you'll be doing:Respond to event and group enquiries and provide a great first impressionPrepare proposals and contracts that showcase our resort and event spacesCoordinate and host client site inspections across the resortBuild strong client relationships through explicit and timely communicationWork with operational teams to ensure smooth event handoversMaintain our CRM and keep sales opportunities up to dateSupport sales campaigns and initiatives to drive new businessTrack sales KPIs and support the team in achieving revenue targetsQualificationsWhat you'll bring:Enthusiasm and a genuine interest in building a career in hospitalityA friendly and confident approach to building client relationshipsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation and time management skillsA positive attitude and a willingness to learnConfidence using technology and learning new systemsA proactive approach and willingness to take initiativePrevious hospitality, events, sales or administration experience is highly regarded but not essentialAdditional InformationWhy work for Accor?
