About the opportunityAs a Three Mills Site Lead, your day will be geared around ensuring the site and the team are running like clockwork, so customers receive the best possible experience that brings them back in the future.On a typical day, you will open the shop, make sure everything's set up and the team members are clear on their roles and responsibilities for the day.
There might be new or seasonal products to sample (a definite perk!), so you'll make sure the team's clear on what to highlight to customers.During busy periods, it's all hands on deck, so you'll operate the till, make coffees, answer customer queries, support the team,



make sure the shopfront is immaculate and tidy throughout.Along with coordinating the team and customer experience, you will also manage inventory, stocktake, reporting and till reconciliations.We value people with a desire to improve things, and we'll welcome your ideas to uplift the customer experience.Hours: Full time with the expectation of working one day on a weekend.

As a leader in our business, you'll carry responsibility for yourself, your team and the site you manage.Ideally you have solid hospitality experience in a customer-facing role, experience leading a team, and you're ready for something recent and challenging.Our sites are based across Canberra, so you'll need your own transport and a valid driver's licence as well.
