Lasseters is the centre of entertainment in Alice Springs and offers a comprehensive hospitality experience. We have multiple opportunities for qualified kitchen staff to join our team, working across all sections from our restaurant to large convention catering.
These are full time roles with a 7-day rotating roster and 76 hours per fortnight. You will prepare, clean and run kitchen sections, with duties including cooking, pastry, butchery, and supervision of lower-grade staff where applicable.
