Oakcrest is investing in the next layer of leadership through the creation of a dedicated Electrical Supervisor position. This role will play a critical part in supporting the future growth of the business, strengthening operational performance and helping build the future leadership capability of the organisation.
The Prospect
This is more than a traditional supervisory role.



You will become the day-to-day leader of Oakcrest's field operations, providing leadership, direction and support to electricians and apprentices while ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by Oakcrest's clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating the daily activities of electricians and apprentices.
Planning and allocating labour and resources across multiple jobs.
Monitoring job progress and ensuring projects remain on track.
Managing workflow from job commencement through to completion and close-out.
Driving accountability, productivity and performance across the team.
Monitoring operational KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance and customer satisfaction.
Supporting apprentice development and mentoring team members.
Acting as the key operational point of contact for routine field-related issues.
The successful candidate will help create the operational capacity needed to support Oakcrest's continued growth, while reducing the day-to-day reliance on the Managing Director for routine operational decisions.
About You
You may already be working as an Electrical Supervisor,



Foreman, Team Leader or Leading Hand. Alternatively, you may be a highly experienced Electrician with leadership experience looking to take a new step in your career.
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
Electrical trade qualifications and a current Electrical Licence.
Previous leadership, supervisory or team leadership experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The confidence to lead teams and hold people accountable.
Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of electrical operations and project delivery.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of job performance and productivity.
Experience coordinating multiple projects, teams or work crews.
A practical, hands-on leadership style.
A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Most importantly, you will be someone who takes ownership, follows through on commitments and genuinely enjoys helping others succeed.
Your Reward
Salary package of approximately $120,000 - $140,000 + Superannuation.
Fully maintained company vehicle.
Monday to Friday work schedule.
Early finish every Friday.
No regular weekend work requirements.
