Change Manager | Day Rate Contract | Digital Transformation

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a significant digital transformation program on a day rate contract basis.
n
The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering organisational change within large-scale transformation initiatives, ideally involving ServiceNow, Salesforce, CRM platforms, ERP implementations, or broader business process improvement programs.
n
Key responsibilities include:

Assessing and managing organisational change readiness across impacted business areas.
n
Developing and delivering comprehensive change impact assessments.
n
Defining and implementing change management strategies and approaches tailored to each project stream.
n
Designing, developing, and delivering training strategies, training materials, user guides, and end-user training programs to support successful adoption.
n
Identifying, monitoring, and mitigating change-related risks, issues, and dependencies.
n
Driving stakeholder engagement and adoption to ensure successful business outcomes.
n




Establishing and maintaining solid working relationships with business stakeholders, project teams, technical leads, and delivery managers.
n
Coordinating change activities across multiple workstreams to create an effective ecosystem that supports program-wide transformation and sustainable change.

To be successful in this role, candidates will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, along with the ability to navigate complex environments and deliver successful people-focused change outcomes within technology-driven transformation programs.
