United Petroleum is one of Australia's largest independent fuel and convenience retailers, with a national footprint spanning retail, terminals, logistics, wholesale and corporate operations.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month contract.
n
This role offers the opportunity to partner with leaders across the business and manage recruitment for a diverse range of positions. From operational and frontline roles through to specialist, technical and leadership appointments, no two days will be the same.
n
About the Role
n
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding
n
Developing strong relationships with hiring managers and acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
n
Advertising vacancies and implementing effective sourcing strategies
n
Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
n
Managing recruitment campaigns across a variety of role types and levels
n
Building talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs
n
Providing market insights and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders
n




Delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
n
Maintaining recruitment systems, records and reporting
n
n
About You
n
You are an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of recruiting across a broad range of disciplines.
n
You will bring:

Previous experience in agency, internal recruitment or a combination of both
n
Demonstrated success managing multiple vacancies across diverse business functions
n
Strong sourcing and talent attraction capabilities
n
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
n
The ability to quickly understand different roles, industries and business requirements
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
n
Excellent communication and interviewing skills
