As an Experienced Engineer – Roads & Highways, you'll work on a broad range of roads, highways and transport projects, supporting the planning, design and delivery of infrastructure that connects communities across Perth and the wider WA region.Working alongside industry-leading specialists, you'll contribute to technical design activities and project delivery while developing your project management capabilities in a supportive and collaborative environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Deliver high-quality analysis and design outcomes aligned with technical standards and client requirementsIndependently undertake key technical tasks across multiple projectsApply project management principles to support on-time, on-budget deliveryPrepare technical reports and proposals for small to medium projectsMonitor scope and project risks while effectively utilising business systemsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, both internally and externallyCollaborate effectively within a diverse,
multi-disciplinary team environmentAbout YouSuitable applicants will be/have:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering1-6 years of experience in roads and highways designSound understanding of relevant Australian Standards and specificationsStrong organisational and project coordination skillsAbility to interpret and communicate technical information effectivelyA proactive, client-focused approachExcellent time management skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence working independently while contributing positively to team successProficiency in relevant engineering software and business systemsAwareness of project management, WHS management and CRM principlesAn emerging capability in safety in design and risk identificationHow To Apply All applications must be submitted online.
