As a Level 1 Network Operations Analyst, you will be part of a high-performing team responsible for the first line of support in a dynamic, multi-vendor environment.
This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about network operations and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting and looking to progress their career.You will have a close relationship with our L2 technicians to provide 24x7, 365 days a year support.
This role will require the availability to work rotating shifts part of this support.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform initial triage and verification of network events and alertsLog and manage incident records in alignment with ITIL standardsRespond to inbound support calls and create incident ticketsTroubleshoot and resolve incidents or escalate to appropriate teamsCoordinate with vendors and field services to ensure timely resolutionDocument root cause analyses (RCAs) and support RMA processesInvestigate, diagnose,



and validate incidents upon contactWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline1–3 years of experience in networking or network support rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to operate effectively in a multi-vendor environmentFamiliarity with ITIL processes and service management principlesCertifications such as CCNA or CIPA are highly regardedTechnical ProficiencyCisco networking devices, including MerakiWorking knowledge of Palto AltoUnderstanding of SD-WAN technologyHPN devices (H3C, ProCurve, 3Com, Aruba) – optionalF5 technologiesWhy DXC?
