Yanchep Beach Club is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join the leadership team and oversee daily venue operations from open to close. You will lead on-floor service, motivate staff, and ensure memorable guest experiences across food, beverage, events and functions.
As a visible leader, you will manage busy service periods, support rostering and training, handle guest feedback, and uphold RSA, food safety and WHS standards while driving a positive workplace culture.
