About the Role We're looking for a
Registered Psychologist
to join our team across
Brisbane West, Ipswich and through to Toowoomba
.
Depending on where you're based, your caseload could include areas such as
Graceville, Indooroopilly, Jindalee, Springfield, Ripley, Ipswich, Gatton, the Lockyer Valley, Toowoomba and surrounding communities
.
While our broader team covers a large geographical area,
you won't be expected to travel across all of it
. Wherever possible, we'll build your caseload around where you live, helping keep travel practical and giving you genuine flexibility over your working week.
You'll work across a mix of
community, home and telehealth services
, with optional access to our
Graceville clinic
for clinicians based closer to Brisbane.
Your Caseload & Team You'll support participants across the lifespan, with opportunities to work across
mental health, psychosocial disability, autism, ADHD, intellectual disability and neurological presentations
.
You'll join a multidisciplinary team of
11 clinicians
across Psychology, OT and other allied health disciplines. While the team is spread across a broad region, connection is built into how they work.
You'll have access to
clinical and operational supervision, peer supervision, monthly MDT meetings, Teams collaboration and 1:1 support
, alongside face-to-face connection where possible.
New clinicians can also access
shadowing and reverse shadowing opportunities
to help you settle into the role and connect with colleagues across the team.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention
Develop person-centred therapy plans aligned with participant goals
Work flexibly across community, home, telehealth and clinic settings
Support participants across disability, mental health and psychosocial presentations
Collaborate with families, support networks and multidisciplinary colleagues
Complete high-quality clinical documentation and reports
Participate in supervision, peer learning and professional development

What You'll Bring
Current General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
Strong communication, clinical reasoning and organisational skills
Experience within disability, community or mental health settings is desirable
A collaborative, flexible and person-centred approach
Confidence working independently while staying connected with your wider team
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community work
