Job Description
n
Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all Franchise Brand events nationally
n
Develop and maintain the annual Franchise Brand events calendar
n
Deliver premium events that strengthen franchise partner engagement and reinforce the Amcal and DDS brands
n
Coordinate event logistics including venues, accommodation, travel, catering, production, registrations and communications
n
Develop event budgets and manage expenditure within approved limits
n
Manage supplier contracts and negotiate value for Sigma Healthcare
n
Conduct post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives
n
Assist with Public Relations and Events team supplier-funded events, activations and store openings
n
Provide high-level administration and operational support to the Franchise Brands Leadership Team
n
Collaborate with Retail, Commercial, Legal, Property, Finance, Marketing and external stakeholders
n
n
Requirements
n
n
2-3 years' experience in events, business administration or a related field
n
Experience in corporate event planning and coordination, preferably within the healthcare industry
n
Robust project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills
n




Experience supporting change management or continuous improvement initiatives
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Ability to manage confidential information
n
Experience coordinating legal or commercial documentation is highly desirable
n
