We have a excellent role on offer for an experienced and creative
Venue Manager
who can take the operational lead and drive our multi faceted **** capacity venue named "The Blasta Collective" in Burswood
If you are looking for a fresh challenge where you can use your extensive skills and drive to help us deliver our ambitions of having not one but two of WA's top venues. This full-time role is where you will provide the deep qualities in hospitality excellence, creativity, and leadership to all in your team.
This role requires a hospitality professional with a proven track record of growing and leading multi venue operations and strategy. You will be instrumental in the success of our goals of providing our loyal customers world class food, hospitality and of course BEERS, to every customer, every single time.
The
Venue Manager
role directly influences the experience of our venues, products, staff wide culture and our goals of total team success therefore you must be a passionateleader who ismotivated and driven to deliver a professional, informedguest experience,and be able to lead the team from the front to success.

Job tasks and responsibilities
As the
Venue Manager
your primary key responsibilities shallinclude (in order of priority and skillset required) but not limited to,
Provide strong leadership, mentorship and develop a training program for all FOH team
Foster and create a high performing, accountable and strong team culture
Manage FOH expectations within the team with the purpose of always exceeding guest expectations
Utilise your deep business acumen with clear focus on KPI's,
growth and strategy
Refresh and renew our systems and processes
Provide visible &clear; leadership to your staff
Encourage open, honest and transparent information
Proactively develop and implement FOH improvement initiatives
Developing and training yourteam to go beyond their potential
Overseeing the maintenance and quality of the FOH venue
Skills and experience
This role requires a high energy, can do dedicated professional who will lead by example
Minimum of5 years experience in senior ops role with proven track record of high volume
Be a confident leader for success
Highly self motivated and able to motivate teams
Hands on approach who leads by example
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and enhance all FOH staff skills
