***Global Markets/Brokerage, Funds or Financial Services Lawyers (4-8 years PQE) looking to move Inhouse/financial markets***
Atherton Davis is recruiting a Legal Counsel position for a large global proprietary trading firm that is growing rapidly throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Reporting into the General Counsel you will join a sizable team and the position is both general corporate and commercial, financial markets and cross border in nature and will have an Asia Pacific reach. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating technology, licensing, trading, brokerage, prime brokerage, execution, clearing, and other commercial arrangements and you will undertake both transactional and advice work.




Looking for a 4 to 8 years PQE level Lawyer from either an inhouse or a law firm environment with either broad knowledge of corporations and securities law, in house sell side global markets or brokerage related legal experience otherwise financial markets, funds or financial services backgrounds more generally would all be highly regarded. A smart Lawyer, solid academics, law firm training and interest and understanding in the cross-border nature of the work/environment would equally be a good fit.
