Job Description
Kathmandu is seeking a Part Time Manager in Training (3IC) for Birkenhead Point. You will lead the floor, engage with customers, coach team members, and ensure smooth store operations while building product knowledge and sustainability storytelling.

You'll develop leadership capabilities and gain hands-on experience in running the floor, coaching others, and understanding store operations, setting you up for future leadership at Kathmandu.
