About The Role
Student diversity is central to the mission and ethos of Catholic education. We are seeking an inspiring and passionate educational leader to champion inclusive practices and support the diverse learning needs of all students within our school community.
The Position of Leadership - Diversity plays a key role in fostering a culture of belonging, equity and inclusion, ensuring every student is supported to achieve their full potential. Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff and families, the successful applicant will lead and promote evidence-based inclusive education practices, guide the development of personalised learning approaches, and support the implementation of effective teaching strategies that respond to individual student needs.




This leadership role involves building strong partnerships with parents and carers, as well as collaborating with specialist staff and external professionals, including therapists and inclusive education personnel, to enhance student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
