This is a quality Commercial Property Management opportunity suited to someone with exposure to commercial property management and who wants to work within a supportive environment.

You'll have direct access to experienced leadership and business owners, allowing you to receive support, feedback and guidance when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing an established portfolio of commercial and retail properties
Maintaining solid relationships with owners,



tenants and contractors
Managing lease obligations and day-to-day property management requirements
Coordinating maintenance and contractors
Handling tenant and owner enquiries
Ensuring compliance with lease and property requirements
Monitoring arrears, renewals and other key portfolio matters
Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
Working collaboratively with your Property Management Assistant and offshore support
Providing a high level of service to clients and tenants
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Manager with commercial property knowledge and the confidence to manage a portfolio.
You'll ideally have:
Previous
Commercial Property Management experience
A strong understanding of commercial leases and property management
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
The ability to confidently deal with owners, tenants and contractors
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Sound judgement and the ability to take ownership of issues
A proactive approach to managing your portfolio
An appreciation for good systems, processes and accountability
