/n Are you an experienced Façade Engineer with 8-10 years' experience looking to take the next step in your career?/n

/n This is an opportunity to join a respected multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering technically challenging and architecturally significant projects across Australia./n

/n You'll take a senior role in leading façade engineering projects, providing technical direction and working closely with architects, developers, builders and specialist contractors from concept through to construction./n
/n
/n The role offers exposure to complex commercial, residential, mixed-use and infrastructure projects, with the opportunity to take ownership of major projects while mentoring engineers and contributing to the continued growth of the façade team./n

/n The Opportunity/n
/n

/n

/n

- Lead façade engineering projects from concept through to construction.

/n

- Provide technical leadership across complex façade and building envelope solutions.

/n

- Design and assess curtain walls, structural glazing, unitised façades, rainscreen cladding and other façade systems.

/n

- Undertake structural, thermal, acoustic, waterproofing and wind performance assessments.

/n

- Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, specifications and design documentation.

/n

- Manage client relationships and collaborate with architects, developers, builders and contractors.

/n

- Review shop drawings, undertake site inspections and provide construction-stage support.

/n

- Mentor junior and intermediate engineers.

/n

- Contribute to technical standards, business development and the continued growth of the façade team.

About You/n
/n
/n You'll ideally bring:/n
/n

/n

/n

- 8-10 years' experience in façade engineering.

/n

- A Bachelor's degree in Civil,



Structural Engineering or a related discipline.

/n

- Strong experience across curtain walls, structural glazing, cladding, unitised façades and building envelope systems.

/n

- Strong understanding of structural, thermal, acoustic, waterproofing and wind performance.

/n

- Experience with STRAND7 or equivalent FEA software.

/n

- Strong knowledge of the NCC and relevant Australian Standards.

/n

- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple stakeholders.

/n

- Strong client-facing and communication skills.

/n

- Experience mentoring and developing engineers.

/n

- CPEng, NER or eligibility will be highly regarded.
