Job Description/n

Experience :

/n

- Hands on Experience in Salesforce Architecture/Solution Architecture

/n

- Full cycle implementation experience with SFDC (application design/integration/deployment) and ability to map business processes to SFDC.

/n

- Strong knowledge of SFDC and Integration components for SFDC (SFDC APIs, Security, Data Model, Apex Web Services and APIs, outbound messaging).

/n

- Proficiency in APEX and Visual force. Deep knowledge of SFDC configuration including workflows, validation rules, approval processes.

/n

- Valuable understanding of enterprise application integration including SOA, ESB,



EAI ETL data migration and hands-on experience with middleware tools such as Informatica, Cast Iron, TIBCO, ETL tools, etc.

/n

- Ability to define the system landscape architecture and identify gaps between current and desired end-states.

/n

- Good to Have Skills: Salesforce Technical Developer, Technical Architect, Delivery Lead.

/n

Responsibilities :

/n

- Provide technical guidance across all areas of Salesforce Platform solutions.

/n

- Understand complex business requirements and translate them into solutions using Salesforce technologies to enable user needs while adhering to long-term architectural goals.

/n

- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

/n

- Provide thought leadership on best practices for CRM solutions from a technical perspective.

/n

- Stay current on Salesforce releases, changes, and new features that impact existing code customizations.

/n

- Design scalable solutions that meet business requirements while maintaining high performance standards.

/n

- Demonstrate thought leadership in Salesforce CRM and Platform Implementation projects.
