Accor is seeking an experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager in Melbourne to lead the Oak Room Restaurant and Bar operations, including conferencing and events and in-room dining. This is a fixed six-month position on a full time, hands-on leadership track, focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.
