Doctors: help us build the clinical engine behind preventive care

Remote, 3–5 days a week.

Most doctor roles are defined by the consult. This one isn't. We're looking for an AHPRA-registered doctor who wants to contribute to high-leverage work behind the scenes - — managing clinical workflows, keeping patient care moving between consults, and designing the processes that let us take our membership from 20,000 to well beyond it.

What you'll do

Manage Everlab's clinical workflows day to day - patient requests,referrals and follow-ups - so nothing gets missed between consults

Talk with patients directly, answering clinical questions and keeping continuity of care intact

Provide clinical oversight across the care team, and support other clinicians so members get safe, timely, consistent care

Design and improve the workflows themselves - spot what's breaking, build what replaces it, and help our clinical product offering get better every week

Work alongside care managers, nurses, doctors, product and engineering teams, as we scale past 20,000 members

What you need

AHPRA general registration

Current (or obtainable) medical indemnity insurance

3–5 days/week availability

Genuine interest in working inside a fast-paced health tech company, not just alongside one

Happy working in a remote telehealth environment

Comfortable on video and across digital health platforms

Bonus points

Previous experience at a health tech company and/or AI tools

Background in preventative, lifestyle or longevity medicine
