We are seeking three motivated and committed Assistant Coaches to join our VFLW coaching team for the 2027 season, with opportunities across the midfield, forward and backline groups.

Working closely with the Head Coach, each Assistant Coach will take responsibility for an allocated line while contributing to the broader coaching program, training, match-day preparation and player development.

We are looking for coaches with strong football knowledge, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for developing players. You will build positive relationships, provide transparent and constructive feedback, and help create an environment that supports individual development, team performance and a solid, connected culture.





This is an opportunity to play an important role within the Darebin Falcons VFLW program and contribute to the development of players competing at the highest level of state-league football.
