SMAART Recruitment is partnering with an established and rapidly growing international organisation to expand its high-performing Sydney CBD sales team.

No specific experience is required. You could come from sales, hospitality, retail, customer service or a completely different background. What matters most is that you’re confident speaking with people, open to feedback and motivated to succeed.

What will you be doing?

You’ll speak with business owners across Australia, ask questions to understand their needs and book qualified appointments for experienced Business Development Managers.

Your day will include:

- Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
- Building rapport and having genuine conversations
- Asking questions to understand each business
- Booking appointments for the wider sales team
- Keeping accurate notes in the CRM
- Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets
- Learning from regular coaching and feedback

We’re looking for people who are:

Why you’ll want this role
- Base salary of $65,000–$75,000 + super
- Uncapped monthly commission
- First-year OTE of approximately $120,000–$130,000
- Comprehensive training, including scripts, theory and call shadowing
- Ongoing support and real-time coaching
- Clear progression into senior sales, leadership and BDM opportunities
- Monday-to-Friday hours, 8:30am–5:00pm
- Modern Sydney CBD office

This is a permanent, full time role based in the office five days per week.
