Peacockes Solicitors Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team in Dubbo, New South Wales. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work alongside our team of dedicated legal professionals.

About the Role

An chance is available for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the firm. Ideally, these positions would suit applicants looking for a full-time position, based in our Dubbo office. A part time position may be considered for the right applicant, duties would include but not be limited to:

- Working directly with our Directors in commercial law and conveyancing matters OR in criminal law and civil litigation matters

- Conducting legal research

- Preparation of documents and general correspondence

- File management

- Direct communication with clients

- Diary management





- General administration including time recording

About You

Along with your strong work ethic you'll have:

- Ability to work autonomously and have excellent communication skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills;

- Superior written and verbal skills;

- Strong attention to detail with excellent spelling and grammar

- Leap Legal Software experience is preferable.

- Experience in a legal environment is preferable.
