About the role

We're looking for an A-Grade Electrician with an air con ticket — or a dual trade — to join our growing team at Quinncroft Electrical Group. We're a tight-knit crew based in Wangara, servicing Perth metro and beyond. Splits are a busy part of our business right now, so that's where you'll spend a lot of your week — back-to-backs, upgrades, changeovers, the lot. But you won't be stuck on splits and nothing else.

Key responsibilities

- Air conditioning — splits (mainly) & ducted

- Commercial fit-outs — cafes, offices, retail & more

- Sea container & modular fit-outs

- EV charger installations

- Switchboard upgrades & compliance

- Solar installations & integration

- Residential electrical work & renovations

- Maintenance & fault finding

- Remote solar & project work

- Work with an apprentice and lead from the front

About you

- A-Grade Electrician with a WA licence

- Cert II Split Systems, ARCtick RHL, or full dual trade (refrigeration + electrical)

- Turns up and gets the job done

- Takes pride in their workmanship

- Can work independently without being babysat





- Can confidently deal with customers

- Can run a job from start to finish

- Wants to learn and keep improving

- Wants to eventually step into more responsibility
