Your recent role

Will have you performing commercial electrical installations, maintenance, fit-outs, upgrades and commissioning work across a variety of projects for their valued clients. You will be working within experienced teams that will provide ongoing support and guidance while helping you further develop your skills and career.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include lighting and power installations, switchboard work, containment installation including conduit and cable tray, data and communications installations, testing and commissioning, as well as fault-finding and maintenance work.

They are looking for someone with a strong ability to take initiative, work with urgency and attention to detail, and ask questions throughout their journey with the business. The successful candidate will be comfortable working within a team environment while also having the ability to work autonomously when required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need the following:

- Trade Qualified Electrician
- Current Queensland Electrical Licence
- Current Construction White Card
- Current QLD Driving Licence and reliable transport
- Previous commercial electrical experience
- Experience with commercial fit-outs, maintenance, construction or refurbishment projects
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and plans
- Available to start ASAP or at short notice
- Willingness to work overtime when required
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
