Loreto College Marryatville is an Independent Day and Boarding School for girls and young people from Early Learning to Year 12.

We are seeking two experienced and strategically minded Directors to join our Board and contribute to the governance, growth, and direction of the College.

As a Director, you will play a critical role in providing strategic oversight, strengthening effective governance, and ensuring the College delivers on its mission and objectives.

About You

- Previous Board, executive, or senior leadership experience

- Sound understanding of governance principles and fiduciary responsibilities

- Strategic thinking and decision-making capability





- Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Commitment to ethical leadership and organisational values

- The ability to constructively challenge and contribute to Board discussions
