Due to growth and multiple recent ongoing maintenance contracts our HVAC Maintenance client is seeking an experienced Mechanical HVAC Technicians from 3 years plus out of Apprenticeship to Senior level Tech all site based Sydney Metro, City, Western Suburbs, Sutherland Shire Territories to join their business. Territories can be allocated relavtive to living locations. Job Summary

Are you a skilled HVAC technician looking to join a solid team culture with opportunities for advancement, We have multiple opportunities for HVAC Service Technicians / HVAC Electricians to join our client in Sydney, where you will play a crucial role in servicing its industry-leading clients.

Key Competencies

The successful candidate will possess the following:

- Ability to perform maintenance, and repairs of commercial HVAC systems

- Diagnose VSD faults/alarms and determine whether the problem is the drive, motor, controls/BMS or mechanical load.

- Check input/output voltage, motor operation and control signals.

- Understand frequency/Hz, motor speed, setpoints and parameters.

- Commission or adjust basic VSD parameters and prove operation.

- Fault-find HVAC fans and pumps that aren't ramping/modulating correctly.

- Work with common commercial drives such as ABB, Danfoss or Schneider-type systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions

- HVAC Techs with an understanding of practical CO Sensors, MSSB, Smoke Dampers, Duct Systems and associated controls.





- Experience on Uptick or Simpro or similar.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and meet client expectations

- Clear written and verbal communication skills

- Possess all mandatory industry licenses

You:

Will be currently working in a business with an established market history, our client requires a person who is "field orientated".

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop further within the company

This is a full-time role 40 hours a week with overtime adoc with an RDO monthly.
