Paragon Recruitment Group is seeking a motivated Claims Executive to join a leading brokerage based in Melbourne's outer east.
The role sits in their claims team and will be responsible for managing commercial property claims.
The key attributes we are looking for in candidates is a positive ‘can do’ attitude, the ability to work as part of a team, a high level of attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and an ability to problem solve and make decisions.
What you'll be doing
- End to end management of 100-140 claims
- Reviewing medical reports and assessing eligibility criteria
- Building solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Setting reserves and processing claims payments
About you
- 2-3 years end to end claims management experience in commercial property
- A positive person who is genuinely empathetic with customers
- You enjoy problem-solving and are confident making decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to foster effective working relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
