Batlow District Hospital in regional NSW is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join its Emergency Department and Acute care team on a 12-week contract basis, starting as soon as possible. This is an In Charge role, offering the chance to lead a busy ED environment while supporting acute and aged care patients in a community hospital setting. If you're an RN with solid ED or acute experience and a track record of managing triage and clinical leadership, this could be the right fit.

- Lead the ED and Acute team as In Charge, managing triage and patient flow in a regional hospital
- 12-week contract with an immediate start, based in Batlow, NSW

Preferred Requirements

- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA




- Demonstrated experience in Emergency Department, Acute, or Aged Care nursing
- Proven In Charge or team leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Triage experience and competence with the Australasian Triage Scale
- Solid clinical decision-making and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent, with current AHPRA registration
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification or willingness to obtain
- Post-graduate qualification or experience in Emergency Nursing or Critical Care
