This rare opportunity for a Meat Factory Operations Manager to manage a meat wholesaler that continues to exhibit constant growth. It is a fulltime position located in Melbourne's south Bayside area that is designed to lead a team across key areas of factory management, processing and delivery of products. This opportunity will be fully supported by the business owners and senior management in all aspects of the role.

The Role:

- Lead the day-to-day production and delivery teams.

- Manage staffing requirements, training and monitor performances.

- Maintain and monitor Food safety, HACCP, quality and WHS compliance

- Oversee stock, purchasing, warehousing, logistics and dispatch

- Engage in process and product develop with management

- Manage equipment, maintenance and site organisation

The Candidate:





- Must have experience in meat processing and/or smallgoods.

- 5+ years of supply chain, operations and/or production management experience.

- Proven strong leadership skills and ability to create and maintain a healthy team culture.

- A strategic thinker and problem solver with strong project management skills.
