Who are we and what do we stand for?
Small Sprouts Therapy is a family-centred private Speech Pathology Practice on the Southside of Cairns, Far North Queensland. We’ve grown from two Speechies to a team of six, supported by an incredible admin team, and we’re pretty proud of the workplace we’ve created.
We care about providing good evidence based therapy,
building genuine relationships with families and supporting our team to do work they’re proud of. Kindness, collaboration, curiosity, professional growth and a good sense of humour are pretty important to our team!
We work with children with a wide range of communication profiles and support needs, including children with developmental disabilities, complex medical diagnoses, mild and complex communication needs and diverse cultural, linguistic and social backgrounds.
We're passionate about supporting children and their families to build functional skills that make a difference in everyday life.
And then there's Cairns...
Our nine-day fortnight gives our team the chance to spend long weekends exploring waterfalls, heading to the beach or jetting off to catch up with friends or a music festival!
