SONOGRAPHER — CASUAL, APPROXIMATELY TWO DAYS PER WEEK

- Rate: $80–$100 per hour plus superannuation

- Days: 2 per week, days negotiable

- Experience: 5+ years post-qualification

- Location: Phillip ACT, Woden Valley, Canberra

Woden Ultrasound is a family-owned diagnostic practice in the heart of the Woden Valley. We do one thing: ultrasound. No X-ray queue, no CT list, no waiting for a room. We use a Phillips Epiq Elite Elevate machine with sensible appointment lengths.

A recent business, we are growing steadily and looking for an experienced sonographer to join us two days a week, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts.

THE ROLE

- $80–$100 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience and scope

- Two days per week — up for negotiation which days

- Extra shifts regularly available for leave cover and busy periods

- General ultrasound workload — abdominal, small parts, musculoskeletal, obstetric and gynaecological, vascular

- Philips EPIQ Elite Elevate, fully configured with the probe set to match the work

- QUBS RIS/PACS with digital worklists, online bookings and HealthLink report delivery

ABOUT YOU





- ASAR-accredited sonographer (AMS)

- At least five years' post-qualification experience across a general workload

- Confident working independently — you'll sometimes be the only sonographer on site

- Thorough with worksheets and preliminary findings for the reporting radiologist

- Comfortable talking with patients and picking up the phone to a referrer

- Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration, or willing to obtain one
