About the role

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years' experience in property management who can confidently manage a portfolio and hit the ground running. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property professional to step into a senior role, take ownership of an established portfolio, and work with a diverse range of clients, rental providers and renters.

Key responsibilities

- Managing a residential property portfolio from end to end

- Maintaining solid relationships with Rental Providers and Renters

- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance

- Handling leasing, applications and renewals

- Managing arrears and general tenancy matters

- Coordinating trades and ensuring properties are well maintained

- Providing excellent communication and customer service





- Keeping accurate records and staying on top of compliance requirements

About you

- Has 2+ years' property management experience

- Is confident, professional and well organised

- Has excellent communication and people skills

- Can work independently and manage competing priorities

- Has strong attention to detail

- Takes ownership and pride in their work

- Is confident dealing with Rental Providers, Renters and trades

- Has a positive, solutions-focused attitude
