Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to join our team, ensuring accurate inventory control, efficient stock movement, and reliable support across our branch operations.

The Role

This is a rapid-paced warehouse and logistics role responsible for managing stock integrity, coordinating inbound and outbound freight, and supporting internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage daily stock movements, replenishment, and inventory control

- Coordinate incoming and outgoing freight, deliveries, and transfers

- Pick, pack, and dispatch sales and branch orders accurately and efficiently

- Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate bin locations and system records

- Book freight and liaise with logistics providers

- Support warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and WHS compliance

- Assist with trade shows, events, and stock preparation as required





- Maintain accurate documentation and system updates (ERP/WMS)

About You

You are practical, reliable, and thrive in a structured, fast-moving warehouse environment.

You bring:

- Forklift licence (essential)

- Experience in warehousing, logistics, stock control, or similar operational roles

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management

- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- A proactive mindset with a focus on safety and continuous improvement

Experience in ERP systems and technical or industrial environments will be highly regarded.
