Female Support Workers with experience in supporting participants with complex behaviours needed !!

About the role
Home Caring Pty Ltd is seeking casual female Support Workers to join their team in the Silverdale area. The participant requires support from staff who are patient, resilient, consistent, and experienced in complex support needs.

What you'll be doing

1. Personal care and daily living assistance.

2. Community access and transport support.

3. Medication assistance and documentation.

4. Following behaviour support strategies and care plans.

5. Promoting independence while maintaining safety and wellbeing.

6. Reporting any changes in participant condition or needs to the care team

7. Maintaining accurate records and documentation

8. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

1. You must be female and experienced with supporting participants with complex behaviours

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

3. The ability to work independently and as part of a team

4. A caring, patient, and empathetic nature

5. A Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care or equivalent qualification

6.



A current First Aid and CPR certificate

7. A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle

8. A current NDIS/Aged Care workers screening check
