- RN/M2C - $90,913 - $114,917 p.a. (pro rata) + 12% Superannuation + Salary Sacrifice Benefits and Leave Loading
- RN/M1 - $77,824 - $106,187 p.a. (pro rata) + 12% Superannuation + Salary Sacrifice Benefits and Leave Loading

Please note that as this position is multi-classed as either a RN/M2C or RN/M1, the classification will be determined by qualifications and experience.

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing midwifery care across the full continuum - antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal - in line with professional and SA Health standards
- Working within a small, collaborative MGP team sharing caseloads and participating in a sustainable 24-hour on-call roster
- Taking on portfolio responsibilities appropriate to your experience level and career development goals
- Mentoring less experienced midwives and students, contributing to a positive and supportive team culture

What You'll Bring

- Current registration as a Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Eligibility for classification at RN/M1 (developing practitioner) or RN/M2C (experienced clinical midwife)
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe, person-centred care across pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postnatal period
- Commitment to working within a continuity-of-care model, including on-call responsibilities
- An understanding of, or willingness to develop, portfolio responsibilities aligned with SA Health's midwifery frameworks
- A collaborative approach with the communication skills to support colleagues and students in a small team setting
