? About the Role

This position combines hands-on electrical work with mentoring and guidance of apprentices across commercial and industrial projects.

You will:

- Deliver high-quality electrical installations, maintenance and fault finding

- Work alongside apprentices, supporting their technical growth and confidence

- Lead by example in safety, professionalism and workmanship

- Help create a positive, respectful site culture

- Communicate openly with clients and team members

You won’t be expected to “manage paperwork all day” — this is about practical leadership and steady guidance on the tools.

? Who We’re Looking For

- Current QLD Electrical Licence

- Commercial and/or industrial experience

- A calm, patient approach to teaching

- Solid safety standards

- Pride in workmanship

- A team-oriented mindset





You don’t need formal training qualifications — just the right attitude and a genuine interest in helping apprentices become capable, confident tradespeople.
