We're partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing significant cloud and collaboration transformation and are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the Microsoft ecosystem, modern workplace technologies, and identity management. You'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments while contributing to major transformation projects. The Role As the Microsoft 365 Engineer, you'll be responsible for the administration, support, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 platform, with a strong focus on Microsoft Entra ID, identity governance, cloud collaboration services, and hybrid environments.

You will:

- Provide administration and support across Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.
- Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support for project implementations and platform changes.
- Maintain the health, performance, security, and scalability of collaboration platforms.
- Partner with Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams to establish best-practice standards and governance.
- Design, configure, and implement new Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Drive adoption of modern workplace technologies across the business.
- Ensure platform documentation and operational standards remain current and complian

Essential Skills & Experience

- Extensive Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Solid expertise with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)



and Identity & Access Management.
- Experience managing hybrid Microsoft environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of Azure and on-premises identity infrastructure.

Nice to Have

- Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Experience with mobile device management using Microsoft Intune.
- Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs
