About the Role

Based at our Penrith HQ and reporting to the Sales Manager, you run your own diary of customer appointments and own each customer from the first visit in their home to the signed contract.

You will work across our solar, battery and EV charging range, with product training as recent systems come through.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

- Running your own customer appointments

- Designing and quoting systems that fit each customer's usage, roof and site





- Negotiating and closing inside PSC's approved pricing bands

- Working your own pipeline, following up until the job is won or lost

- Handing a clean job to Install, with the scope, the pricing and the site details right first time

- Keeping your CRM and paperwork up to date

Who You Are

- A closer with a track record you can talk us through

- Someone who carries a target without needing to be chased

- Organised and across the detail, at pace

- Able to hold a conversation in a customer's lounge room and ask for the sale

- A current driver's licence
