The Role

This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

- Reception duties - welcoming patients and responding to enquiries

- Diary and Appointment book management

- Administration duties - data entry, updating files, photocopying etc

- Invoicing and billing

- Maintaining office inventory and equipment

- Learning and following policies and procedures.

What are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate will have the following;





- Excellent customer service and communication skills with a warm and articulate manner

- Understanding and abiding by strict confidentiality procedures

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Time Management skills

- Motivated and enthusiastic

- Successful completion of HSC

- Ability to commit to a 12 month Traineeship.

Locations: Wagga Wagga
Contracted Hours: 38hrs
Salary Range: $432 - $878 per week
Commencement Date: ASAP
