Oral Health Therapist – Adult Scope

Frank Dental is looking for a confident and motivated Oral Health Therapist with adult scope to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.

This position would suit an OHT looking for a supportive private-practice environment with great work-life balance and family-friendly hours, while still having the independence to manage their own patients and provide high-quality care.

About the Role

You’ll be working independently within your scope, providing preventative, periodontal and restorative care to both adults and children. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable building rapport with patients, communicating treatment needs clearly and taking ownership of their appointment book and patient care.

We are open to an early-career OHT or recent graduate who has gained a minimum of 12 months' experience in private practice and is now looking for a practice where they can continue to develop and establish themselves long term.

What We’re Looking For

- Qualified Oral Health Therapist with adult scope

- Current AHPRA registration

- Minimum 12 months' private practice experience

- Confident working independently and managing your own patients

- Strong periodontal, preventative and restorative skills within scope





- Excellent communication and patient education skills

- Gentle, caring and professional approach

- Comfortable treating both adults and children

- Reliable, organised and a genuine team player

- Someone interested in becoming a valued, long-term member of our practice
