The Role

As a Graduate Trainee at Kuehne+Nagel, you'll gain hands-on exposure to one of the world's leading logistics providers while building a strong foundation across multiple areas of our business.

You'll combine curiosity with practical learning, working alongside experienced colleagues and leaders to develop your understanding of freight forwarding, contract logistics, customer engagement, and supply chain operations. From supporting business projects and customer initiatives to analysing trends and contributing to continuous improvement activities, you'll have the opportunity to develop skills that will shape your future career.

Responsibilities

- Build your expertise: Learn about our products, services, systems, and operations while developing a solid understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry.

- Strengthen relationships:



Engage with a variety of internal stakeholders and support teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Deliver solutions: Support the preparation of quotations, reports, presentations, and customer-related documentation for business units across the organisation.

- Collaborate internally: Work alongside colleagues and leaders across different teams, business units, and projects to gain broad exposure to the business.

- Drive continuous improvement: Support initiatives focused on process improvement, trend analysis, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

- Support business growth: Assist with customer presentations, implementations, onboarding activities, and customer engagement initiatives.

- Develop operational knowledge: Gain exposure to global import and export operations while learning how sustainability is integrated into our business and customer solutions.

Requirements

- Recent graduate, or within two years of graduating from a relevant tertiary qualification.

- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.

- Interest in logistics, supply chain management, freight forwarding, or related industries.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within teams.

- Positive attitude with a growth mindset.

- Passionate about building a long-term career within logistics and supply chain.
