Summary:

The Yard Hand plays a key role in maintaining the presentation and operational flow of the dealership. This position ensures all vehicles and yard areas are kept to a high standard, supporting the sales team and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness of the dealership at all times.
- Ensure the yard is presented professionally, with vehicles aligned and no gaps
- Keep all display areas clean, organised, and visually appealing
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicles on the showroom floor
- Conduct basic vehicle cleaning and preparation where required
- Monitor vehicle condition and report and issues or presentation concerns
- Prepare vehicles for delivery to a high standard




- Assist with vehicle movements within the yard and showroom
- Ensure all vehicles are positioned correctly and ready for display or handover

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard of work
- Full and current Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to safely manoeuvre a variety of vehicles
- Neat and qualified personal presentation
- Proactive mindset - able to identify and act on what needs to be done
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual and consistent work ethic
