Bistro Staff – Godby Hotel

Godby Hotel is looking for friendly and reliable Bistro Staff to join our team!

We’re looking for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a busy pub setting and take pride in delivering great food, drinks and customer service.

The Role

As a Bistro Staff member, you’ll be responsible for providing great service to our guests and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the bistro.

Your duties will include:

- Taking food and drink orders

- Serving food and beverages to customers

- Providing friendly and efficient customer service

- Clearing and resetting tables

- Maintaining a clean and tidy bistro and dining area

- Assisting during busy lunch, dinner and weekend service

- Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams

- Handling customer requests and ensuring a positive dining experience

- Following venue, food safety and RSA requirements





- Assisting with general front-of-house duties as required

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has previous pub, bistro or hospitality experience

- Is confident and friendly when dealing with customers

- Has good communication skills

- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Is reliable, punctual and well-presented

- Works well as part of a team

- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Is flexible and available to work weekends, evenings and public holidays

RSA is required.
