I am currently seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join a leading Tier 1 builder working on a major Olympic-related project in Brisbane.

The project forms part of the Olympic works and includes high-rise towers, making this an excellent opportunity to join a major project with significant scale and long-term career opportunities.

The Role

You will join an experienced project and HSE team, providing day-to-day safety support across the delivery of the development.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day HSE support across the project.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, observations and risk assessments.
- Review SWMS, permits and high-risk construction activities.
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Engage with subcontractors and site teams to drive a proactive safety culture.
- Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, project requirements and company systems.
- Work closely with the project team to identify and manage safety risks.

About You
- Previous experience as a Safety Advisor




- High-rise experience is highly desirable, particularly experience working across major commercial or residential developments.
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation, risk management and contractor engagement.
- Confident communicating with site teams, subcontractors and senior management.
- Practical, proactive and solutions-focused approach to safety.
- Relevant WHS qualifications.
