About the Company:

Our client is a growing renewable energy business delivering Operations & Maintenance and Asset Management services across Australia, with expansion into Wind and the APAC region. They are seeking a strategic HSQE leader to build a scalable function that supports growth, operational excellence and a strong safety culture.

About the Role:
As the Senior Manager HSQE, you will lead the strategic and operational delivery of Health, Safety, Quality and Environment across the business. You'll develop scalable HSQE systems, drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with Australian legislation and international standards, and partner with key stakeholders to embed a solid safety culture that supports growth across Australia and the APAC region.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver the HSQE strategy, building scalable systems that support business growth across Australia and APAC.
- Drive a Zero Harm culture through leadership, mentoring and continuous improvement across operations.
- Oversee Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001), ensuring compliance, governance and operational excellence.
- Partner with executives,



customers and regulators to manage risk, improve performance and influence strategic business outcomes.

Skills & Experience

- Extensive HSQE leadership experience within renewable energy, infrastructure or industrial services, with expertise across Wind, Solar and BESS.
- Proven success implementing and maintaining ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, including IMS certification and auditing.
- Relevant WHS qualification (minimum Diploma), with Lead Auditor certification and strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance.
- Strategic leader with exceptional stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen and the ability to build high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement.
